Eating Healthy

Having lunch outside is much better than having dinner because it give you enough time to have any activity after eating out. Portion size served at restaurants are large than you required. If there is no facilities of half portion size then you can share served portion size with your dining partner. For example Main dish,dessert can be shared. Full plate of salad can be ordered as starter and make sure it should be without salt and any kind of dressing. Salad as starter will not only give you statity but also you can have better control on your main dish. Choose foods that are steamed, broiled, baked, roasted, poached or stir-fried. Take part of the food home with you, and refrigerate immediately. You may want to ask for a take-home container when the meal arrives. Spoon half the meal into it, so you're more likely to eat only what's left on your plate. Request your meal to be served without gravy, sauces, butter or margarine. Ask for salad dressing on the side, and use only small amounts of full-fat dressings. Instead of cold drinks a cup of coffee / tea can be ordered. It would be much better if you would like to have soup only. It would not be hard to follow if we know the worth of our health
