 Healthiest Mayonnaise by Dietitian Kamal Bajwa 

one whole egg /cashew 150 gm

1/3 cup almond oil

1/3 cup flax seed oil

1/3 cup of walnut oil

1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds

1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Put lemon juice, egg/cashew  and roasted mustard seeds and sesame seeds into blender 
  2. Blend 5 to 6 seconds .
  3. Continue blending and slowly add all mixed oils in thin stream while blender in on low
  4. Blend until mayonnaise is thick .
  5. Store in sealed glass container .
  6. Use within 3-4 days If using egg . and if you are using cashew you can store this for 15 days .
