Healthiest Mayonnaise by Dietitian Kamal Bajwa
one whole egg /cashew 150 gm
1/3 cup almond oil
1/3 cup flax seed oil
1/3 cup of walnut oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Put lemon juice, egg/cashew and roasted mustard seeds and sesame seeds into blender
- Blend 5 to 6 seconds .
- Continue blending and slowly add all mixed oils in thin stream while blender in on low
- Blend until mayonnaise is thick .
- Store in sealed glass container .
- Use within 3-4 days If using egg . and if you are using cashew you can store this for 15 days .
