SUPER HEALTHY FOOD : CAULIFLOWER RICE BY DIETITIAN KAMAL BAJWA

 

Ingredients

  • 25 gm chickpeas or peas  drained and washed
  • 200 gm grated cauliflower 
  • about ½  spoons red onion
  • ½ cup tomatoes,
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, one green chili
  • ½ teaspoon grated raw turmeric 
  • 1/2 spoons oil 


Method

        1. Have 1/2 spoon oil in pan.
        2. Saute tomato /onion/raw turmeric, salt,  green chili for a minute.  
        3. Add grated cauliflower and boiled chickpea or peas.
        4. Cook for 15 minutes. 
        5. Enjoy super healthy cauliflower rice.
