Ingredients
- 25 gm chickpeas or peas drained and washed
- 200 gm grated cauliflower
- about ½ spoons red onion
- ½ cup tomatoes,
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, one green chili
- ½ teaspoon grated raw turmeric
- 1/2 spoons oil
Method
- Have 1/2 spoon oil in pan.
- Saute tomato /onion/raw turmeric, salt, green chili for a minute.
- Add grated cauliflower and boiled chickpea or peas.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy super healthy cauliflower rice.
