MYTH
 Detox diets are essential to cleanse the body of harmful toxins that accumulate from food, drinks, and environmental pollutants. 

REALITY 
The body is inherently equipped with robust detoxification systems.

 Here’s how key organs function in this process: 

Liver: Converts harmful chemicals into water-solublesubstances that are excreted through urine or bile. 

Kidneys: Filter blood, removing waste products and toxins,which are expelled via urine. 

Lungs: Expel carbon dioxide and other volatile toxins. 

Skin: Eliminates toxins through sweat glands.
