#weightloss


 At 16, I struggled with #weightloss despite exercising. My dietitian figured out the lacking #nutrients in diet and planned a well balanced diet to get ideal body weight . I had a protein rich diet , whole grain food and veggies. I started having a #fiber rich diet daily and felt fuller, which helped me cut back on snacking. I lost 13 kg and my journey is still on till I get ideal body weight #dietitiankamalbajwa
