GREEK STYLE CURD


 Greek-style curd (1 serving ~60 g)

Method 

  1. Take 1 cup normal curd (dahi)
  2. Put it in a clean cloth or even a tea strainer
  3. Let it sit for 2 hours (no need to hang if using strainer)
  4. Water drains → you get thick curd (~60 g)


Quick tip:

If you’re in a hurry, gently press with a spoon to remove water faster.
