Keeping lost weight Off!!!!!!!

losing 20kgs was the major goal for her and she had achieved it, but it has not happened overnight. Ms Jaspreet took five and a half months with dedication and effort. Diet was given to her as per the rule of medical nutrition therapy to cure thyroid and hypertensive issue . DASH diet pattern did its miracle, reduced her blood pressure reading to almost normal within 2 weeks . She has kept on lock diet in which she will be able to gain muscle mass so that she can maintain her weight for long . Normal fat percentage level and good muscle mass is  the only conditions  to keep the weight off .
