- 1-2 leaves of lettuce
- 50 gm paneer / corns / soy paneer ,one Bell pepper, carrot , 2-mushroom buttons chopped into small cubes
- 1 green pepper, chopped finely
- a spoon onion, chopped finely
- 1 cucumber , sliced
- 1 tsp minced ginger

Chopped all the vegetables,
sauteed in pan
with a teaspoon olive oil
for 3-4 minutes.
take paneer cubes or corns
add to the roasted vegetables .
THIS is how lettuce filling is

take washed lettuce leaves
To assemble the wraps,
just 6 spoons of filling
into a lettuce leaf and
eat wrap -style!
add chopped cucumber
